Supporting organisations : towards a culture of development

Today, business is about purpose as well as profit. It must be attuned to the needs of the planet and the people in the workplace. Trust in the business world has eroded in recent years, yet a vast majority of people – 76% – believe that their future well-being will come from the business world, not the political domain (Source: INSEAD Forum, Geneva, June 2019).

Seen from this perspective, we urge companies to become a place of growth as well as achievement. We think of every company as an experimental lab, where the individual faces challenges – be they from others or from within. To this end, we

  • Help companies position themselves in relation to this evolution
  • Identify actions, at all levels, to establish a development culture
  • Support implementation
  • Support internal and external communication about the change
  • Develop tools to evaluate the progress and efficiency of the process.
